Terms of Service

Gaffy is a product of Studio 31, obrt za računalno programiranje, vl. Lukas Bašić ("Studio31", "we", "us", "our"), Ulica Vladimira Nazora 22, 10450 Jastrebarsko, Croatia, OIB: 95074033310.

These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern access to and use of the Gaffy website and mobile application (together, the "Service").

By creating a Gaffy account or using the Service you agree to these Terms in full. If you do not agree, do not use the Service.

We may update these Terms from time to time. We will take reasonable steps to notify you of material changes; continued use after a change takes effect means you accept the revised Terms.

Gaffy is built for football agents and intermediaries, and the staff who support them, to manage players, contracts, commissions, costs and schedules on a professional basis.

You must be at least 18 years old and able to form a binding contract to create an account. Gaffy is not directed at, and must not be used by, players, clubs or federations as a substitute for their own systems.

You are responsible for everything that happens under your account, including actions taken by staff you invite or credentials you share.

Gaffy provides a portfolio of your players, contract and licence tracking with expiry reminders, a schedule for fixtures and meetings, per-player cost logging, and document storage for contracts and other files.

Club, league and player reference data shown in search results is pulled from third-party football databases to help you find and tag the right club or player - see 'Third-Party Football Data and Trademarks' below.

We may add, change or remove features as the product evolves. We'll try not to remove something you rely on without notice.

Gaffy is offered as a single plan on a monthly (€29) or annual (€299) subscription, billed in advance, exclusive of VAT where applicable. VAT is calculated automatically at checkout based on your billing details.

New accounts start with a 14-day free trial. No card is required to begin the trial.

Subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing period until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from the Account page, which stops the next renewal; it does not refund the period already paid for.

Payments are processed by Stripe. Gaffy never sees or stores your full card details.

You retain ownership of the data you put into Gaffy - your players' details, contracts, notes, documents and everything else you create ("Your Content").

You grant us the licence needed to host, store, back up and display Your Content solely to provide the Service to you.

Much of Your Content is personal data about the players you represent. As between you and us, you are responsible for having a lawful basis to hold and process that data and for meeting any obligations you owe to the people it describes; we process it on your behalf as described in the Privacy Policy.

You're responsible for the accuracy and legality of Your Content. We may remove content or suspend accounts that store unlawful material.

Club, league and player search results are sourced from third-party football data providers for reference and convenience. We do not guarantee their accuracy or completeness.

Club logos and trademarks are the property of their respective owners. Gaffy is not affiliated with or endorsed by any football club or federation.

You may not resell, sublicense or provide the Service to others as a bureau; reverse engineer or attempt to extract the source code; or use the Service to store or transmit unlawful, infringing or harmful content.

You may not attempt to bypass the Service's security, scrape it at scale, or interfere with other agents' use of it.

Account credentials are personal. Keep them confidential and tell us promptly if you suspect they have been compromised.

Gaffy sends reminders about contract expiry, commission due dates, licence renewals, events and similar deadlines by push notification, and may email you about your account or billing. Most reminder categories are configurable from within the app; account and billing notices will still reach you.

Gaffy, our logo and the Gaffy product - excluding Your Content and third-party football data - are owned by Studio31. Nothing in these Terms transfers that ownership to you.

You get a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable right to use the Service for your own professional work while your subscription is active.

You may close your account at any time from within the app. Doing so permanently deletes your account, players, contracts, documents and other content from our systems immediately - this cannot be undone, so make sure you have what you need beforehand.

We may suspend or terminate your access for material breach of these Terms, non-payment, or where we reasonably believe the account is being used unlawfully.

The Service is provided "as is". We do not guarantee it will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that football reference data pulled from third parties is accurate or current.

To the extent permitted by law, our total liability arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the fees you paid us in the 12 months before the claim arose. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law, such as for fraud or gross negligence.

These Terms are governed by the laws of Croatia. Disputes will be brought before the competent courts of Croatia, without prejudice to any mandatory consumer-protection rights you may have in your country of residence.
